As a group of 12, we performed an Elemental Cost Analysis (ECA) on a 20-storey apartment. It is built on an existing 4-storey car park and is one of the two blocks in the overall development. It has a specialised butterfly roof and a landscape on level 5A.
A) OVERVIEW OF THE BUILDING
