In this assignment, we were a construction company named BinaMok Sdn Bhd, tendering for the job of a single-storey show house by m/s Taylor's Homes Sdn Bhd. Upon receiving the tender documents, we started collecting quotations from various suppliers and commenced with our estimating process.

We arrived at a tender sum of RM 260, 155.59, and was the second lowest bid of the project. Thus, we did a presentation to the client on our tender and why we should be chosen as the contractor.

We offered a completion of 7 to 8 months instead of the 9 months as proposed by the client, at no extra costs. This was a lucrative addition to our bid and we were finally awarded the project by our client.
