In this assignment we were required to provide contractual advice based on a few scenarios. To do this we referred to the standard forms of contract such as PAM Contract 2006, PWD Form 203, and FIDIC Red Book 1999. Reference was also made to case laws as well as literature to provide stronger supporting points to our writing.
